Protection of your personal data
The use of the site "hmp-online.com" is possible without providing personal data. In order to use individual services of this site, different regulations may apply, which are further explained below.
Personal data are only collected, if required for the use of the services offered on the website and you have consented to this, in particular in range of forms.
We only process your personal details (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.) in accordance with the regulations of the German data protection act. Data are personal-related, when they can be clearly assigned to a specific natural person. The legal bases for data privacy can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act.
The following regulations inform you about type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of the personal data by the provider:
HMP Magdeburger Prüfgerätebau GmbH
Bülstringer Str. 6
Tel.: +49 391 244539
We expressly point out that the internet-based data transfer has security gaps, a complete protection from interception by third parties is therefore not possible.
We use so-called cookies on our site to recognize multiple uses of our offer, by the same user / Internet connection owner. Cookies are small text files which your Internet browser files and stores on your computer. They are used to optimize our Internet presence and our offerings. These are mostly so-called "session cookies", which are deleted after the end of your visit.
However, these cookies sometimes provide information to automatically recognize you. This recognition occurs on the basis of your IP address, which is stored in the cookies. The information thus obtained is used to optimize our services and make it easier for you to access our site.
You may refuse the installation of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. But please note that in this case, it is possible that you will not be able to use all the functions of our website.
The provider of the sites automatically collects and stores information to so-called server-log files that your browser automatically transfers to us. These are:
· browser type and version
· used operating system
· website from which you visit us (referrer URL)
· website which you are visiting
· date and time of your access
· your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
These anonymous data will be saved separately from the personal information that you possibly have submitted and will not enable tracking you back. They will be evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize the website and the offers.
It may occur that third-party contents, e.g. YouTube videos, map images from Google Maps or RSS feeds, are included on our website. This always assumes that the content provider (hereinafter referred to as "third party") notices the user’s IP address, because without IP address, they cannot send the content back to the browser of each user.
We endeavor to use only contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. But we have no influence on that, if the third party stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes.
In order to ensure the security of your data during transfer, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (such as SSL) via HTTPS.
On our site we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of handling his contacting. A passing on to third parties does not take place. A comparison of the data collected with data, which may be collected by other components of our site, does also not take place.

At any time you have the right to free information on stored personal data, the origin and the recipients and the purpose of the data processing as well as the right to correct, block or delete the data.
